Title: Intl. Space Station Video Tour
Post by: dnice on January 24, 2009, 10:52:58 PM
The folks at NASA TV released a nice video tour of the International Space Station.

If you like spaceships, this is pretty freakin cool stuff :)
It also gives a good perspective on living in zero gravity. I still can't figure out how they sleep!

The link is to the first video, there are 4 of them, the other 3 will be in the ralated videos section...

And wow what a view!

Finally got a chance to start watching this. Fascinating! I can't even begin to imagine what it must be like to be up there... But the views - wow.

While it is a lot larger than our boats, it is very much a small craft that goes looong distance (even if in circles... :) ).

Umm, technically, that's long distances in ellipses

No, not always - some orbits they are out in the sunlight full time.
