This is a new development here in the US for clean (no-carbon) renewable energy...

It will create some new navigation issues here in the Gulf of Maine [and other areas as it expands].

Personally, I'm glad to see it.

A previous governor who went into the industry has called the Gulf of Maine with its steady winds a potential Saudi Arabia of wind power.
