2nd pic from top is the end of the dock at Shoal Bay looking out and up Philips Arm
3rd pic is a bit further east looking up Fredericks Arm
Both taken on Cordero Channel

My last week out here before haulout.
Always kinda sad, but it's been a great fall here!
Even prettier with the snow up high now....
These were yesterday leaving Prideaux Haven in Desolation Sound

The first picture is a "post card" shot complete with birds flying just above the water

I have been trying not to look  :'(  I miss getting up there so much.

I am going to spend the winter building one of these;

Plan to have it ready for the Port Townsend WBF and then maybe do some camp/cruising up north. At least that is the plan.

After several fall "rain days" it's back to sunshine.
This anchorage is packed "in season"...
Not a boat around...
Loving it.
Some things just doesn't get old...

Nothing getting posted so thought I'd throw a few pics on.
I've happened upon Humpbacks several times this fall. These were yesterday.
Was lucky late last week as we had Dahl's Porpoises swim with the boat on 3 occasions.
Never gets old...

What's everyone else doing?
Someone else must be out on the water?
