If you have been following Bubba the Pirate's posts, you know that he is North Carolina. He anchored his Bayfield 29 very near our little cove and joined us on a "regatta". I placed parentheses around regatta as it was for fun and allowed 3 cheats, including running your engine.

It was 11 years ago now when John R and his family visited here with his 17-foot trailer sailer.
And 6 years ago when Charlie visited and we metup and went daysailing with Woody and Rachel on Mona in Casco Bay.
Been quiet here in more recent years. We're kinda out of the way up here at the end of the line for the US Eastern Seaboard.
You have the advantage of being more centrally located for cruisers passing through heading North or South.
