Got ourselves a new netbook to use aboard-Christmas present for us from us ;D ;D. ;D This will now be our shipboard computer-takes MUCH less space too
Bought a a Toshiba NB 205. Supposed to get 9 hours from the battery, so it should be a big improvement over the Dell Laptop, with 3 hours.
Laura has been working moving files from the lalptop over to this. Has all the charts moved so far, and hasn't even dented the hard drive capacity :D :D
Still need to load the pictures from various CD's onto here and get a burner so we can back everything up, but progress is happening.
So far really like it-keyboard is easier to use than the laptop, for sure.
