Jim here's the other picture. Same spot as the first one. Anchored off Frazier Hog Cay in the Berry's. As before, in 10-12 feet of water

Oh, and happened to find this. This is the $2 plate of conch fritters we got on Potters Cay in Nassau. Row of little food shops there.

Charlie I remember my first look at water that clear. I was helping my brother take his new to him trawler to mangrove marina in the Keys. The depth sounder didn't work and when we came to this clear water we just stopped in the channel to manually check the depth. I used an 8 foot boat hook from the swim platform and couldn't reach the bottom. This was very different for a river cruiser like me. That was four years ago and he is still down there in the clear water and I am still here in Indiana with the Ohio river. They are leaving in April to finish the Loop they started in their 25 foot sailboat.
