hi all:looking forward to spring!couple ft of snow here which will disappear by may.just swept the snow off my 19 ft sandpiper today.getting cabin fever.wife and i run a day spa on lake huron.offer massage and daysail to customers.live at top of north  channel on lake huron on water  side looking at marina.if in my area drop by for a massage.dock at marina.have lunch at the bavarian inn. enjoy sailing the north channel. smit

  Thanks for the offer.... I think I would rather visit in spring.  ;D

  I have heard a rumor that the water actually turns to a solid up there...  :o  Seems tough to sail on.

I had my lookout with me yesterday carefully watching for icebergs but none were to be found along the mid atlantic coastal waters.  I did see a fair amount of wildlife flying about. But camera is not the type to catch good closeups. Sorry, my boat stays on the hard willing and able to travel to some remote parts of the waterways, shallow draft enough to also serve as a luncheon cruiser at a moments notice year round when the need to scratch that itch of waterborne activities pops up.  ;D

No snow here at the moment, but I expect that to change on Wednesday... :D
