Title: I'm back at the boat!
Post by: Bubba the Pirate on April 28, 2021, 05:57:48 PM
Boatwork is a little like dog years but in the opposite direction. So when I say that I have a couple months of work, it's probably 3 or 4, or even 6 months. My goal is back in the water this summer (totally doable).

Ruth Ann has been out in the field since I've been gone. She's kind of dirty but she's just fine. No bugs no critters and only about a half a cup of water in the bilge.

It's going to be a couple days before Ruth Ann is moved closer to power and water so I am sorting and cleaning The Moose and my tool trailer so I can live and work here again.

Welcome 'home'. ;) Is she still up near Wilmington?

Yep. We're still at Cape Fear Boat Works, near Leland, outside of Wilmington.
Good yard, great people though a couple bad apples have caused the rules to stiffen a bit since I left in June.
