Had this tonight...quite yummy, easy, one-pan dinner.
The stuff:
1 Jar spaghetti sauce (or make yer own if you prefer)
flat bread (like you use for wraps); regular bread works, too of course, but yields a 'chewey-er' crust
shredded cheese
pepperoni, shrooms, etc to your liking
(1) heat sautee pan or fry pan and spray in a little no-stick spray
(2) cut a flat bread in half and lightly toast one side in the pan
(3) with the toasted side UP on your plate, add sauce and other ingredients and top with cheese
(4) put the 'pizza' in the pan and cover; cook for 30 second to 1 minute
The final result should have the flat bread toasted crispy (but not scorched) and the cheese melted.
You'll get several meals out of one regular size jar of sauce and the other ingredients. Final cost is about $2 per person per meal.
