Having just awaken from a year long nap,I find it's time to slop on some bottom paint.
Due to fiscal constraints,(napping instead of working for the past year),I've decided
to careen my little sloop.The bottom paint ,rollers,pan have been donated by friends.
My question to the forum concerns the legality of this action,not the soundness of the
idea itself.
