So many years, so much experience!
Grog to you all!
I look for subtle places, beaches, riversides and the ocean's lazy tides.
I don't want to be in races, I'm just along for the ride.

Tks Capt K and all.... New kid on the block, but still my favorite forum. Onward... Into the fog!

Hard to believe it has been 10 years already! Forum has been busier and slower, and there's been so many people who've been here and then gone on to their own adventures on boats, some we know about, some we are only left to guess. All in all a *great* bunch of folks, even if some of them (hosers...) tell lies (eh) about the mayhem they caused (ahem) while passing through my town... Wish I could meet more of you in person! I've learned a lot here - we have always had some of the best contributions of knowledge I think, "pound-for-pound", of any forum out there. Thanks to y'all for making the idea I had happen, and grogs all around!  ;D 8)

Yes.....Capt K...... the total credit for this "motley crew" being together goes to you.

As I mentioned.....seeing as it was your brainchild, you created it, maintain it, upgrade it...AND PAY FOR IT.....the least we can do after 10ys is send rum!!!!!!

What is your shipping address???

Has shifted a lot hasn't it?

Many names no longer being seen. Many trips have happened, and some that didn't.

Makes you wonder where they went?

To CapnK and ALL of the posters, I sincerely thank you for all of the hours of entertainment, education, ideas, pictures, yarns, videos, and all in all, just pure enjoyment.  The community found here can make anyone feel like they have some part in "Living the Dream".  That's a pretty cool thing for a land-locked wanna be like me.

Definitely a big hats off to the Captain for his efforts and achievements evident here (Kurt, if I was smart enough to "grog" ya I would).

P.s. please tell me how one acquires a bottle of 100 year old rum.

Have had a great run so far and hope that it keeps going. A lot of great reading and info on here.
